This home was stripped back to its bones, including the uplifting and rebuilding of the subfloor, which was then overlaid with herringbone timber flooring. In the lounge and dining rooms, we opened up walls to help create a better flow and cohesion. We added an oversized slider, which connects the office to the lounge and allows the clients to open up or close off these joining spaces. This extensive renovation also included a new main bathroom, ensuite, and wardrobes in the bedrooms — lastly, the thoughtfully designed and simply stunning kitchen. Hidden behind floor-to-ceiling oak-stained doors is an integrated laundry. The Calcutta benchtop, island back, and waterfall ends are opulence — classic-meets-contemporary magic.
