Carrington

This single bay Villa in Mount Cook offered loftiness. We removed the lowered ceilings to gain a mezzanine space for additional living, sleeping, and an office. Oak was used to add warmth and grain. A new skylight in the gable roof allowed for natural light to flow down from above. Terrazzo tiles in the kitchen and the new toilet add sensibility to the space. A wonderfully reimagined home further enhanced by the client's impressive collection of art and plant envy.
